I put my blog on hiatus during for the year of 2011 and moved to San Francisco to start a new job. Instead of producing finished pieces, I spent this year experimenting with different media and approaches. This collection of snapshots represents most of it.
Public Gestures - ink & wash
We went to Seattle for the weekend to visit old friends and attend Bumbershoot. What a fun city... I wish I could spend more time there. We met a bunch of very talented and friendly artists, the standouts being the exhibitors at the
Flatstock poster show. I found some time to draw other concert-goers while waiting for the main musical event.
